1st time out

Hey all,

First time out to the public range. I had heard some of the horror stories about the public range out in the forrest, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. When I got there, there was a guy on the pistol side and three guys on the rifle side. I went over to the pistol side, set up and went to town. There were more people getting there as I was leaving, but overall a good experience with no complaints

The hardest part was getting there, and that was Google's fault......

Everyone deserves at least one good trip out there.


In all honesty, I've been out there a LOT and only had a few questionable encounters. 'course one need only look at the bathroom building to remove all doubt some really dangerous (and stupid) people go there.

Glad to hear you had a good 1st outing, I got lost my first trip out there but luckily it was hunting season and I got pointed in the right direction.
